This unique internship offers an insight into the
careers of our female business leaders at RBS. You will have the chance to ask
for invaluable advice and gain a greater understanding of the steps these
successful women have taken to succeed in their careers.
Throughout one week over the summer, first year
students will be able to see live project work and operations in action, whilst
attending key meetings to understand what a leaders’ role is like at RBS.
We want to help you explore and discover which area of banking is right for
you, so there will be lots of networking opportunities with our female
graduates to learn about their experiences so far here at RBS. We will
also provide you with personal development and employability training to help you
progress and turn your passions into your potential. And if you impress us in
the final assessments, we'll look to offer you a place on one of our summer
internships!
