Are you the next EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year?

Wanted: women looking to make the world work better

Are you purpose-driven? Do you keep asking questions until you get to a better answer?
Do you challenge the "it's always been done this way" approach?
In short, a woman who wants to build a better working world?

If you are looking for the opportunity to do something with purpose, to make an impact and to speak out about your ideas, enter our EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition and show us how you would like to make the world work better.
Participating in EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year will give you access to the world of EY Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), connect you to our leadership and the impressive women across all ranks. It will also show you how, working with our clients, we help build a better working world.

The first phase of the competition takes place in the country where you study. Against some of the best minds nationally, we will challenge your ability to think critically, creatively solve problems and perform under pressure. You will undertake group and individual challenges, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate how effectively you work alone and how you contribute to a high performing team.

All country winners will gather in London in February 2019 for the opportunity to compete at the global level and meet our global leadership team.

How to enter

The first step is to enter your local country competition, and we are pleased to announce UK Final applications are open.

To take part in the competition, you need to currently be studying at university in the UK and will be in your first to penultimate year of study at the time of the UK Final.

To enter, you need to complete the form via the link below and one of our team will contact you with details about the application itself. You will be invited to answer some questions, which will guide your research into EY and our Transactions team.

This could be the first step onto your future career, there is only one way to find out!

What can you win?

The global winner will embark on an all-expenses-paid once-in-a-lifetime EY internship. The month-long experience will take them across the globe to work with EY TAS teams in multiple locations as they help clients build a better working world.
