Government Economic Service Open Day - Thursday 18th April - LEEDS

The Government Economic Service (GES)  have shared details of an event being held in Leeds on 18th April. The event will showcase GES careers, and will also highlight the underrepresentation of women in economics. Would this be of interest to your students?

To be eligible to attend, students need to be studying economics, or be on a combined programme with 50% economics, and must be eligible to work in the UK.

We have been approached by Sportoid, an Indian-based sports consultancy who are working with one of the major sponsors for this summer's ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. They are looking to recruit a sports marketing/management student to work as a Match Day Coordinator as part of the sponsor's activation in Manchester on selected days in June and July. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to get some paid experience in a high profile sports marketing role.
