recently been offered a placement – CONGRATULATIONS!
You must inform the Placements Team of this as soon as possible, particularly
as at this point in the year it is likely you will be starting your placement
within the next few weeks. Your placement needs to be signed off by
the Placements Team, and paperwork needs to be in place, so ensure you let us
know your good news as soon as possible!

Remember that you can also
apply for roles outside of your degree area, just check the job application

so ensure you check on a regular basis for new/other opportunities.

and role that you are applying for
· Demonstrate your passion for the placement
by doing your research and explaining to the employer why you want to work for
them
· Ensure that you match your skills to the
skills sought by the employer, and explain when/how you have demonstrated those
skills
