As soon as you see a placement that you are interested in, Apply immediately  - Don’t wait until the deadline!  At this stage many employers start to cast an eye over the applications they are receiving AHEAD of the closing date! If they like what they see, they can close the roles early and crack on with the interviews! So apply early to avoid disappointment.
