ABOUT THE ROLE
The engine room of our business, the recruitment team find employers who want to hire graduates and source the most relevant candidates for the opportunities. Placed within our Sales and Recruitment team or one of our Experienced Hire divisions, you will work as a Resourcer, a pivotal role supporting our consultants. You will be undertaking many aspects of the role, which may include:

·       Assisting GRB’s consultants in placing graduates into their perfect roles.

·       Working on client recruitment campaigns across a range of industry sectors.

·       Seeing projects through from start to finish.

·       Marketing opportunities to graduates over the phone and by email.

·       Screening applicants to ensure only the best are submitted.

·       Preparing candidates for interviews and assessment centres.

·       Making and closing job offers.

·       Potentially learning the Business Development side and working on your own projects/meeting with clients face to face.

·       Potentially leading the project to find your 2019 replacement.

·       You may also help our marketing team, touring university campuses across the UK representing GRB at Freshers’ and Careers Fairs.

Students who are interested in participating in a charity basketball tournament where participants are encouraged to wear retro themed basketball/sports clothing
