Bupa places a huge emphasis on recruiting graduates who support their aim to help people live longer, healthier lives.  They are looking for bright, driven, ambitious graduates who can display a knowledge of and a passion for their values and strategic vision.  Their strategy has three pillars: Customers, People, Performance.

It puts customers front and centre in the context of today’s digital age. This, combined with disciplined risk and capital management, is how Bupa will deliver strong and sustainable performance.
