ABOUT THE ROLE
By joining the HR Industrial Placement
programme, you’ll be working within the Student Recruitment team to support the
execution of our Early Identification (Early ID) strategy.
You'll be responsible
for supporting with the logistics and the co-ordination of our work experience
programmes with specific responsibility for the organisation of the Summer
Internship. You will manage our shared mailboxes, interacting with both
candidate and stakeholders within the business. You also support with
conversion from our programmes onto an Apprenticeship or Graduate offer
ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
