EY Student and Graduate Opportunities

By way of introduction, I am a Student Recruitment Coordinator at EY. We are currently accepting applications for our 2016 Schools, Summer, Year in Industry and Graduate opportunities. We recruit students based on their strengths and future potential, and invest in training and development to hone your strengths for use in a truly global inclusive business environment. Bright, curious, ambitious graduates will join EY to drive lasting change, create an impact on business and their own careers, and make their own contribution to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.

Bright, curious, ambitious graduates will join EY to drive lasting change, create an impact on business and their own careers, and make their own contribution to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.
To learn more about the application process, students can register to attend one of our webinars. From the online strengths selection tool through to assessment centre and final stage interview, students can join this session for top tips in preparing for the EY selection process. Our student recruitment expert will give you an insight into why we recruit for strengths and answer your questions live.

Our Discover EY programme will take place from 31 March – 1 April 2016 and 7-8 April 2016.
Designed for first years, Discover EY is a two-day programme challenging you with an innovative series of interactive workshops. You’ll learn how a business like ours operates and delve deeper into our Assurance and Tax service lines. You’ll gain an understanding of how these service lines work, and the impact they have at the highest level of global business.

Our Leadership Adademy programme will take place 4-7 April 2016.
Our intensive four-day residential leadership development course prepares you to make an impact on business and your own career. You’ll be challenged throughout and teamed up with some of EY’s sharpest business minds to learn from their experiences, stretch you to work to your strengths, and push you to reveal your leadership qualities.

To help your students get the best possible start to their careers, I was wondering whether it would be possible for you to post a short blurb on your website or intranet inviting them to apply to a program or attend one of our webinars? I can provide you with all of the information necessary, you just have to click send.

We will be in touch in a few days with some material on our virtual events you can share with your students.

There are more links and information below about our opportunities but please don’t hesitate to contact me, I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
