Beans Accounting - Part Time Opportunities & Information

Beans Accounting helps businesses across Cheshire with their accounts and offer a range of other business support services.

We spoke to Beans Accounting at our Part Time Jobs Fair to ask why they would recommend a part time job with their company.

Here’s what they had to say:

“Alongside giving students the opportunity to earn more money alongside their studies, a part time job could lead to career progression. Work experience looks good on a CV and shows that willingness to go the extra mile in this sector.

“A part time job is also a great opportunity for you to see whether you would enjoy working in that particular sector before you apply for a graduate role with them.”

City living on the eve of devolution

In the wake of Brexit and as we look toward the first ever Metro mayoral elections next May, England’s cities are in the spotlight. From the Northern Powerhouse to the Midlands Engine and beyond, the future of our economy will depend on the strength of our cities and their surrounding areas.

But there are huge economic inequalities both between cities and within cities. How should Metro Mayors promote strong, shared growth? How can wider economic leaders in business, local authorities and universities support this drive for higher city living standards?

As part of our major new investigation into living standards in our cities, the Resolution Foundation is holding an event in Manchester to explore the unique challenges faced and successes enjoyed in the Greater Manchester area, and how the new Metro Mayor can use their new powers to be the driving force behind a new era of inclusive prosperity.

Leading local politicians, academics, and business leaders will debate the key policy issues for Greater Manchester, and Resolution Foundation will present fresh new analysis of the city region’s economy and living standards.
