#McrMetProud: Graffiti wall painting events taking place this week

What makes you #McrMetProud? Is it the University’s fantastic facilities, the first-class teaching or maybe it’s the wide-range of student support services?

There’s certainly a lot to be proud of at Manchester Metropolitan and we would like to share what you think makes the University special through some live ‘graffiti wall’ painting sessions taking place on campus next week.

How can I get involved?

We would like you visit the live ‘graffiti wall’ painting sessions across campus next week and tell us what makes you proud to be at Manchester Metropolitan.

The best answers will then be painted onto our ‘graffiti wall’ by one of our very own Art students. The finished ‘graffiti walls’ will then be displayed across the University throughout January.

The live ‘graffiti wall’ painting sessions will be taking place in the following buildings next week:

·        Monday, 11 December: Business School – 11.30 – 13.30

·        Tuesday, 12 December: Brooks Building – 11.30 – 13.30

·        Thursday, 14 December: Geoffrey Manton – 11.30 – 13.30

Everyone is invited to take part, but if the ‘graffiti wall’ activity is not taking place in your building, please don’t let that stop you coming along and sharing what makes you feel proud.

And if you are unable to make the events, you can send your ‘What makes you feel #McrMetProud’ answer to internalcomms@mmu.ac.uk and we will pass your feedback on to our student artists.

Get involved and tell us what makes you proud to be at Manchester Metropolitan!
