some of you. I have popped together brief information on each role below but do

Financial Planing Intern 2017

The needs of our clients are paramount and successful growth will drive
much of the activity. However, we understand the importance of this placement
in your development and will endeavour to provide a variety of work so that
your experience gives you a genuine feel for a career in Financial Services.
This will be the third year that we have recruited an MMU intern; we continue
to learn from our experience and the feedback from the successful candidates is
very positive.
There will be an opportunity to benefit from a performance managed bonus scheme but this will be contingent on company success and the contribution that you make.
Person Specification:
• Must be reliable and confidential in their handling of personal information
• Must be logical and capable of following defined processes.
• Must have good IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, and capable of learning to use bespoke systems.
• Organised and flexible – willing to work with the whole team to provide an excellent service, yet able to manage their own workload in an efficient manner
• Accurate and capable of working to targets
• Must be friendly and have good communications skills (face to face & telephone) and must be socially adept to work well within the confines of a small but growing team.

We currently have an MMU Financial Services undergraduate in situ and the experience is working so well we are keen to replace him when he returns for his final year.
This is a great opportunity for a student with the drive to shape their own development.
Working in a small firm, you will experience much of the breadth of activity that occurs in an IFA practice and also a vibrant, changing environment.
If you show us that you have the ability we will give you the responsibility of project work to augment daily tasks and the chance to earn a performance related bonus.
In addition we will ensure that you are given the opportunity to attend and observe client meetings.
