The Post-Crash
Economics Society is a student-run society which is part of the Rethinking
Economics Network, which believes in broadening university-level economics
education and getting the wider community to talk about economic issues. A key
part of this is the societies’ annual conference.
The event will be held the 18th and 19th March at University Place, Manchester University, M13 9PL.
Prices are £6 p/day or £10 for the weekend for students, and £7 p/day or £12 for a weekend ticket for others.

Come along and ask the big questions about inequality policy, the devolution of power from Westminster or what Brexit might actually mean.
Open to the general
public and entering its third year there will be speakers from the academic
community from Manchester Metropolitan (Dr Fred Day) and Manchester
Universities, the Civil Service (HM Treasury for example), Oxfam, Manchester
Mayoral candidates, economic think tanks, and much more.
