With a chill in the air, there is no denying that
winter is here and Christmas is just around the corner. This
season can be a difficult time for vulnerable groups of
people, and there are loads of opportunities and events you
can get involved with. This month, we're highlighting how
you can support homelessness charities and the elderly.

 Make a
            difference
Charities will already be feeling the impact of the cold weather
and need volunteers more than ever. We have a range of roles
with charities like Barnabus and Shelter, so take a look
at all our opportunities here. You
can filter the types of roles to find the perfect one for you.

 Roles of
            the month:

rough, the role may include setting up, preparing food,
clearing up and packing down the shelter and socialising with
            guests — scrabble
