Think Money Group, based in Trafford Park, are looking for 10+ customer contact agents. Although

 

Think Money is a financial service company, the jobs they have on offer are centred around telephone based communication and customer service rather than anything specifically maths based/accountancy based, however, it would be a good opportunity for a Business/Accountancy student if they were looking for part time evening work.

Shifts will be a 16 hour working week with hours from 17:00 - 21:00, Monday to Thursday.

Basic salaries range from £20,000 to £24,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

About the roles:

Here’s a brief description of what you can expect to be doing day-to-day.

Customer Contact Agents

You’ll successfully build relationships with customers who have recently contacted us. Taking both inbound and outbound calls, you’ll help them understand if one of our products could help them, before they speak to an advisor.

Review Specialist

You’ll liaise with existing Debt Management customers in order to conduct annual reviews of their debt management plan. You will conduct a thorough fact find of our customers’ financial situation to see if the solution they currently have with us is still the best option for them. You will then provide advice to the customer on what they should do moving forward.

·         have excellent conversational skills

·         show a professional attitude.
