Learn
what anxiety is, what keeps it going for you, and how you can start to
challenge your thinking and coping mechanisms to reduce anxiety, and ultimately
manage it better.
Course
Three will run on Thursdays 11am-12noon:

Relaxed
Body, Relaxed Mind - no need to book just come along
A very
practical workshop that uses a tried and test behavioral technique called
systematic desensitization and relaxation to reduce anxiety. It's a really
useful technique for exam time if you are anxious. For the relaxation
part we sit in a chair and work through the body tensing and releasing muscles
so you need to able to take part in this exercise.
- Monday 16th May 2-3pm
This is a
one off workshop for exam time.
Venue:
Wellbeing Room 1.14, Business School and Student Hub, All Saints.
Emotional
Freedom Technique : - no need to book just come along
Tapping
away exam stress.
This
workshop will show you how to use EFT, a mind/ body approach to tap away any
stress about exams or deadlines! It’s quick and easy to learn.
