Working as an Operations and Licensing Specialist
Administrator and reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be
responsible for completing the sales process by placing orders on the vendor
(manufacturer of software) and delivering licenses to the end user via the
reseller (companies who sell to end users directly) to ensure smooth post sales
transaction.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and efficiently with a high level accuracy and attention to detail.
They will be required to work as a part of a team with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
The role will involve:-
• Placing purchase orders
• Delivering software licenses to customers
• Updating customers with progress of purchase orders and answering license queries
• Sending out invoices and statements
• Chasing payments from customers and updating the internal systems with payment details.
• Admin work for the internal team (stationary orders etc)
• Updating the stock inventory
Requirements:
• Student who has completed A Levels (grade C or above) or under graduate looking for part time work to compliment studies
• Excellent Numeracy and Literary skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
• A positive tenacious approach and pro-active mentality
• Excellent Communication Skills – verbal and written
• Natural rapport building skills internally and externally
